RESERVATIONS
We prefer a Summer weekly reservation to begin on Saturday or Sunday beginning at 12:00pm and ending on Friday or Saturday at 11:00am, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Spring & Fall weekly reservation can begin and end on any day of the week, with exception to special discounted weeks.
There is typically no horseback riding or activities hosted on Fridays, unless arrangements are made in advance.
DAILY RATES ARE HIGHER THAN WEEKLY RATES. Daily check-out is by 11:00am. If you have a handicap, please let us know when you make your reservation, so the best cabin can be selected for your stay. Babysitting is available. Having a birthday or anniversary? Let us know so we can plan something special.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY
Deposits are required as follows:
– Weekly stays: $500.00 PER PERSON
- Four night stays: $400.00 PER PERSON
– Three night stays: $300.00 PER PERSON
– Two night stays: $200.00 PER PERSON
The remainder of your amount for the vacation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your reservation before 30 days prior to your arrival, your payment will be refunded as follows:
– Weekly stays: less a $250.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER PERSON
- Four night stays: less a $200.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER PERSON
– Three night stays: less a $150.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER PERSON
– Two night stays: less a $100.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER PERSON
If you prefer, you can apply your monies toward another date the following year.
