Coffee Creek Ranch has been your host for family reunions for the last 45 years. We strive to make sure there is something for your whole family to enjoy. Our accommodations can house reunions for up to 45 people.
Kids only get to be kids once. Due to COVID-19 our summer children’s program has been temporarily suspended. We still do the pony rides and other activities…just not the group activities like the talent show or arts and crafts. We are hoping this will change in 2021. We do have WiFi to all the cabins for virtual school and work. The great outdoors for your kids and teens is a great way for them to get back in touch with nature, and may be ‘get a little dirty’ along the way. Wranglers will still give horseback riding lessons. A staff member will still teach archery and gold panning in the creek! Hiking can be done as a family with so many trails to explore!
You don’t have to ride a horse to have a great time at Coffee Creek Ranch. Our goal is to bring families together and offer a variety of activities and yes, even down time, for families to simply reconnect! Whether you want to fish, hike, or simply spend the afternoon on the porch enjoying the sweet sounds of nature, we have plenty to occupy the non-riders in your group. And for the youngest members in the family (0-3 yrs old), we have sitters available during the day to ensure everyone in the family is able to have a little fun!

Conference Facilities
Facilities include:
- Dining Room – 1,656 sq. ft., 75 Classroom or Banquet, 250 Reception
- Conference Room – 40+ Classroom, 75 Reception
- Cabins – available for breakaways
- Grove – with huge redwood deck
- Chinook – with large sitting area
Conferences up to 75 are held in our main dining room, which has tables and chairs we can arrange to your liking. It has all amenities, including visual aids, to make your meeting a success. We can arrange for speakers on just about any subject you request. Our creek side setting gives off negative ions for a very relaxing and productive meeting.
Menus can be planned ahead to cater to any your special needs.

Spring or Fall’s all-inclusive package is the best bargain of the year for large or small groups to enjoy the tranquility of the ranch. Accommodations for 50 guests in our cozy cabins with wood-burning stoves and private baths. Handicap facilities available. We usually block the entire ranch for your company and group rates are available. There are other lodging facilities in the area that we have access to if we need more rooms.
