Dinner (6:00pm to 9:00pm)
All dinners come with lemonade, punch, ice tea, hot tea or fresh coffee.
Fresh Spring green salad with Mandarin oranges, avocado, tomatoes & sunflower seeds. Our special ranch seasoned Chateaubriand is served with Marsala mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crusted Parmesan potatoes, and fresh steamed broccoli.
SUNDAY: Thanksgiving Day DinnerSucculent steam roasted turkey and honey glazed ham served with a fresh veggie tray with ranch dressing, mashed potatoes, sautéed buttered green beans with pecans, sweet potatoes, soufflé stuffing, served with turkey gravy and spicy pineapple sauce.
MONDAY: Italian BuffetA Caesar salad and antipasto tray to begin our Italian buffet. Our main dishes include spaghetti, eggplant Parmesan, tortellini glazed in alfredo sauce served with homemade Italian bread with garlic herb butter.
TUESDAY: Rib BBQ by the PoolAppetizer: Guacamole & chips with Complimentary wine. Tender pork ribs soaked in CCR bourbon BBQ sauce served with special ranch baked beans, pineapple coleslaw, marinated vegetables, and homemade rolls or beer bread. (Dessert included: Chocolate Crazy Cake).
WEDNESDAY: Chicken MornayFresh fruit salad with Lime dressing. Lightly breaded oven-fried chicken breasts served with mornay sauce, complimented with rice pilaf, steamed zucchini and red onions, and parmesan popovers.
THURSDAY: Steak Fry across the CreekAppetizer: Ranch Cheese ball with assorted crackers & Complimentary wine. Ranch seasoned Angus Rib or NY steaks served with a toss salad, corn-on-the-cob, baked potatoes, and garlic bread. Watermelon slices for dessert (the rinds can go to the horses).
