RESERVATIONS
Summer reservation week begins after 9:00am on Saturday and ends Friday noon, unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you plan to stay over for another week, you will receive a complimentary day on Friday.
Spring and fall weeks begin or end on any given day. A week is 6 nights and 7 days. If you desire to stay longer, call for exact rates so we can make you a special deal. DAILY RATES ARE HIGHER THAN WEEKLY RATES. Daily check-in and check-out is determined by the first meal. (Example: dinner first day would end with lunch last day, check out 4 pm) If you have a handicap, let us know at the time of your reservation, so the best cabin for you can be selected. A sitter list is available for those desiring extra baby sitting. Having a birthday or anniversary ? Let us know so we can plan something special.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY
A deposit of $400.00 PER PERSON must accompany each reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation before the due date, your payment will be refunded, less a $200.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER PERSON. If you cancel less than 30 days, a refund less the service charge, will be made only if the reservation is filled by another guest. If you prefer, you can apply your monies toward another date or the following year.
