Reservations
Spring reservation weeks begin or end on any given day. Summer weeks begin on a Saturday and end on a Friday. If there is a problem with this other arrangements can be made. A week is 6 night's and 7 days, if you desire to stay longer, call for exact rates. Daily rates are higher than weekly rates. Daily check-in and check-out is determined by the first meal. (Example: Dinner first day would end with lunch last day.) If you have a handicap, let us know at the time of reservation so an accommodations can be selected. A sitter list is available for those desiring extra baby sitting. Having a birthday or anniversary? Let us know so we can plan something special.

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy
A deposit of $250 per person must accompany each reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation before the due date (20 days prior to your arrival date), your total payment will be refunded, less at $125 service charge per person. If you cancel less than 30 days, a refund, less the service charge, will be made only if the reservation is filled by another guest. If you prefer, you can apply your money toward another date the following year. No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.
