In our large, modern kitchen our professional chefs prepare nutritious meals from garden to table using only the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits.laden with fresh fruits and vegetables. Only the choicest, leanest Black Angus beef is served alongside our home-baked breads. These fresh baked breads are our specialty at the ranch and are prepared from old family recipes!

The menu is planned and prepared keeping in mind both children's tastes and the hearty appetites of the adults in the family.

Hearty "Cowboy"breakfasts in the ranch house or out on the trail for those melt in the mouth pancakes! Our weekly Steak Fry is worth waiting for! You will also enjoy our Sunday Thanksgiving dinner by the pool. Special diets from Gluten-free to Vegan can be accommodated if notified in advance so we can have your food products in our pantry!

More exquisite dining is offered in the late spring and fall when the kids are in school. Our local winery, Alpen Cellars, is a treat to visit and we can pack you a picnic lunch to enjoy with your wine!
